If you know me you know I love dogs and I always have to use the bathroom. Germany is the greatest place for the former and one of the most difficult for the latter. Everywhere you go there are dogs in restaurants, on trains, & even in dressing rooms. They are so well behaved and seem to be just as important as children. I think this is awesome, if I could bring my dog around with me all day it would make life so much better not just for the human but also for the dog. Dogs hate being left alone in the house all day and we humans have a bunch of things we need to do outside of the house so dogs being allowed any and everywhere seems like the perfect idea to solve that problem... Happy pets, happy parents.
As far as this bathroom situation goes, well, I've learned that even if I have to go a little, if its free, take your opportunity! One of the first days of the trip I waited until the last minute trying not to inconvenience my group and when I finally went sprinting the the bathroom I got there and it was 1€, which I didn't have so I had to sprint to get change then back to the bathroom...that may have been the most nerve wrecking 4mins of my life! But in all Germany has been poor... But sexy!
21 University
of South Carolina, School of Journalism and Mass Communications students and two professors are spending two weeks in Munich and Berlin Germany, as part of a May class. The object is to learn about convergence journalism and develop multimedia stories and communication skills that extend beyond the classroom. During this three-week class students will interview, write, photograph and video Germans and discover how different media's role is in this country.
