Working in a group with strange people in strange cities is an intimidating task. But through out these two weeks I've become closer to my group than I ever expected I would. We all are very different people but when we're together we have this weird connection that leads to uncontrollable laughter, four hour lunches , and a lot of sarcasm. It's really what has made this trip so exciting. We get "brouchy" (bratty plus grouchy) when we don't eat and get lost on the U, but after we eat were right back into our vibe. Today we all hiked up a giant tower to overlook the Glockenspiel, The Alps, and the city of Munich. It was a gruesome hike but the view was worth it. Getting to the top of the tower makes me hopeful that the accomplishment we felt will mirror the accomplishment we feel after this trip. My hopes grow after each day for the success of our project and the more our relationships build the more confident I become. I know I'm being corny but it's a realization I really embraced today. We would be nowhere without Will being the outgoing skater, Dana's writing and planning, and Jen's determination with the camera and perseverance. All I gotta say is Thirty One Bananas has got a good thing going on.
